# TradePigeon Terms of Service

By using TradePigeon you agree to these terms.

## What TradePigeon is
TradePigeon is a trading journal that helps you track your discipline. It is **not** a broker, investment adviser, or trading signal service, and nothing in it is financial advice. TradePigeon never places, changes, or closes trades in your brokerage accounts.

**Risk warning:** trading futures and other markets involves substantial risk, and you can lose more than you invest. Past results, including your own journal, don't guarantee future results.

## Your data is yours
You own your trades and notes. You can export or delete them at any time (see our Privacy Policy). Imported numbers come from the files you upload, so please check them against your broker's statements.

## Free and Pro
- **Free:** manual trade entry, one account, the daily lessons, streak and calendar.
- **Pro:** file import, unlimited accounts, AI debrief, deeper stats, and future broker sync.
- **Trial:** new accounts get 7 days of Pro free. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when it ends; you simply return to Free.
- **Price:** $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, billed by Stripe until you cancel.
- **Cancel any time:** Profile → Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
- We'll tell you before any price change takes effect for you.

## Fair use
Please don't misuse the service: no attacking or overloading it, no reselling access, and no uploading files you don't have the right to use. AI debriefs have a daily limit to keep costs fair. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

## No guarantees
We work hard to keep TradePigeon accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". We aren't liable for trading decisions or losses, or for data lost because of things outside our control. Keep your own exports if your journal matters to you.

## Changes
We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. Continuing to use TradePigeon means you accept the update.
